There are two ways how to import products from AliExpress to Shopify for free:

Note, that the app and the Oberlo Chrome extension are free but the app provides 3 plans. Each of them offers particular options. Anyway, the free version will be a good decision if you are at the beginning of your e-commerce way or have a small or medium store.
Considering Oberlo app for Shopify
Let’s get acquainted with the web app. Go to the admin of your Shopify shop. In the Apps section click on the Visit the App Store. In the App store find the Oberlo application and install it in the online shop.
Now you need to open the installed app. You’ll see 4 steps that you should pass. By installing the app you connected the shop to Oberlo.
So, now let’s Explore products. Click on the eponymous button and you’ll be moved to the page with goods from AliExpress.
As you can see on the screen below there are examples of featured products and different categories. Browse the items. In case you have found a suitable variant, click on Add to import list.
On the screens, you see an example. Therefore, I’m going to import a few random AliExpress items.
To check the list of added items, go to the Import list section on the left menu bar. Here you can edit products, their variants, description, and images. If everything is OK, just click Import to store on the upper right corner
Now the selected items imported and you have an opportunity to edit product on Shopify.

You can find the Oberlo Chrome extension in the Chrome browser. Follow the link and click Add to Chrome. The tool’s icon will appear in the upper right corner of your browser.
Please, note, that icon is purple-grey. When you visit AliExpress, the icon will change the color. So, if you see a blue icon, it means that the extension works and you can use it. On certain pages, it can be still purple-grey. It indicates that you can’t use Oberlo on these pages.
So, to start importing products from AliExpress to Shopify you should log in to the Oberlo browser extension account and AliExpress account. Now, go to AliExpress and explore products.
Open the product you like and check the color of the Oberlo icon. If it blue, you can import this product from AliExpress to Shopify.
